In 15 mins you just need to create 3 actions that you need to take to get it done
if you can, do 1 of the actions immediately in your 15 mins
tell someone about it (make yourself accountable)
Make a calendar appointment for yourself to review how you went in now more time than a week
Repeat this process but do not make more appointments than you can handle - the key is to complete the actions for an innovative thought
Don't worry if they do not work out. The key is to follow through with the process and create a habit of acting on innovative thoughts
Don't worry if you realize that after taking 1 or 2 actions that it is not an ideal innovation. It is ok to drop an idea
